- Shipping Method and Fulfillment Origin
To reduce waste and avoid unnecessary overproduction, Aurelia & Rose Charleston may ship products directly from a supplier or fulfillment partner.
Depending on the item, destination, and availability, orders may be shipped from international fulfillment locations, including China.
Shipping may be handled by UPS or other logistics partners used to complete final delivery.

- Tracking and Customer Responsibility

The customer is responsible for following the shipment, including checking whether the package will be delivered to the home address, left in a safe place, or redirected to a pickup point or local carrier location.
If a package is held at a pickup point or requires customer action for delivery, it is the customer’s responsibility to collect the package or follow the carrier’s instructions.

- Delivery Responsibility
If tracking information shows that the package has been delivered to the shipping address provided by the customer, or otherwise successfully delivered according to the carrier’s delivery records, Aurelia & Rose Charleston is not responsible for loss, theft, or non-receipt after delivery.
Customers must ensure that the shipping address entered at checkout is complete and accurate.
If you notice an address error, you must contact us within 24 hours of placing your order at Info@Aureliarosecharleston.com.
Once an order has been processed or shipped, we may no longer be able to change the shipping address.
