Responsibilities

• Design visually appealing and user-friendly graphics for our website, including banners, product visuals, promotional graphics, and other digital content.
• Create marketing assets for different channels such as social media, email campaigns, and online advertising.
• Help strengthen the customer experience through thoughtful design that reflects and elevates the Aurelia & Rose Charleston brand.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to turn creative ideas into engaging visual content.
• Maintain consistency across all brand visuals and ensure all designs align with our brand identity and style guidelines.

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience as a graphic designer, preferably within e-commerce, fashion, or digital retail.
• Strong skills in design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and other relevant software.
• A strong eye for aesthetics, typography, layout, and detail.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and manage deadlines.
• Good communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with different teams.
• A portfolio with examples of previous design work.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers warmly and provide personal, knowledgeable styling and fit advice.
• Help customers find the right size, silhouette, and pieces that make them feel confident.
• Maintain a beautiful and organized store presentation, ensuring merchandise is displayed in an inviting and polished way.
• Support daily store operations such as restocking, organizing the sales floor, and assisting at checkout.
• Answer customer questions and provide excellent service in-store and over the phone.
